We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
More than 24 hours before pickup
Cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund. No questions asked.
12 to 24 hours before pickup
Receive a 50% refund of the total fare. The remaining 50% covers driver allocation costs.
Less than 12 hours before pickup
Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as the driver and vehicle have already been assigned.

Refund Processing
Online payments are refunded to the original card within 3-5 business days. Cash bookings that qualify for a refund are processed via bank transfer within 5 business days.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up at the agreed pickup location and time without contacting us, the full fare is charged. If you are running late, please message us — your driver will wait.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before pickup. Contact us with your new date and time, and we will update your booking at no charge.
Driver Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel your transfer due to vehicle breakdown, weather, or emergency, you will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
