All prices are per vehicle, not per person. Whether you're travelling alone or with a group of up to 3 (sedan) or 7 (minivan), you pay the same fixed price.
We accept online card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment gateway, as well as cash payment to the driver in EUR, BAM, or HRK.
Yes, we provide both infant car seats (0-12kg) and booster seats (15-36kg) free of charge. Please request them when booking so we can have them ready.
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and the changes you need.
Airport transfer questions
Yes, we monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver adjusts automatically at no extra charge.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. They'll help with your luggage and walk you to the vehicle parked just outside.
No worries — we track your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically. There's no extra charge for flight delays.
We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. This gives you plenty of time for baggage claim and customs.
Absolutely. We operate 24/7 including early morning and late night transfers. A 15% night surcharge applies for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00.
Payment & pricing
Yes. Our prices are all-inclusive with no hidden fees. The price you see at booking is exactly what you pay — tolls, fuel, and parking included.
Yes, cash payment is accepted. You can pay in EUR, BAM (Bosnian convertible mark), or HRK. Your driver will have change available.
Absolutely. We use Monri, a certified payment gateway with full 3D Secure support. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Yes, we can provide VAT invoices for business and corporate clients. Just let us know when booking and provide your company details.

Private driver & hourly hire
Your own professional driver and vehicle for the duration booked. Drive around Sarajevo, make multiple stops, attend meetings — your schedule, your pace.
The minimum booking is 2 hours. After that, you can extend by the hour. Prices start from EUR 25 per hour for a sedan.

Cancellations & refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations between 12-24 hours receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup.
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your booking reference number (SRD-XXXXX). We'll confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method. Cash bookings that qualify for a refund are handled via bank transfer.
Yes, rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before pickup. Just contact us with your new date and time and we'll update your booking at no extra charge.
If you don't show up and haven't contacted us, the full fare is charged. If you're running late, just message us — we're happy to wait.
