1. Service Provider
Sarajevo Ryde is a brand operated by Moj Avanturisticki Turizam d.o.o., B.N.R. 35, 88104 Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. JIB: 4227625590000.
2. Service Description
Sarajevo Ryde provides private transfer and chauffeur services in Sarajevo and across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our services include airport transfers, city-to-city rides, hourly hire, ski transfers, and day trips.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your booking reference number (SRD-XXXXX). Please verify all details upon receipt.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted per vehicle in Euros (EUR). Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include fuel, tolls, parking, and driver costs. A night surcharge of 15% applies for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00. Payment can be made online (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash (EUR, BAM, HRK) to the driver.
5. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time receives a full refund. Cancellations between 12-24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. For airport pickups, our driver will wait up to 60 minutes after flight landing at no extra charge. Passengers are responsible for having valid travel documents (passports, visas) for cross-border transfers.
7. Luggage
Standard luggage allowances are per vehicle type. Excess or oversized luggage should be declared at booking. Ski equipment, sports gear, and other special items can be accommodated in appropriate vehicles.
8. Service Modifications
Route changes, additional stops, or time extensions requested during the journey may incur additional charges. Your driver will inform you of any extra costs before proceeding.
9. Liability
Sarajevo Ryde carries comprehensive vehicle insurance and professional liability coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, border crossings, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make every reasonable effort to recover lost property.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours at info@sarajevoryde.com. We take all feedback seriously and will respond within 24 hours.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarajevo.
